For clients who know they will be counting on our support on a frequent basis, our retained support offering is for you. It can include any or all of our services.
Here’s how it works. For a flat rate per month, as agreed to in an annual contract, you will receive a set level of support (both time and materials) based on your needs. If you don’t need all of the help you bought in a particular month, it will roll over to the following month. Balances of unused support may roll over up to a maximum of 12 months, where it will be frozen, and your monthly invoices will be suspended.
The advantages of our retained support for you
One advantage to you is that you can plan your budget more easily, knowing in advance the cost of your support. You’ll also know as you plan your work that you’ll be buying our support at the lowest possible rate.
The other advantage is that with a contract already signed and in place, you have someone to turn to quickly and easily when employee trouble comes. The worst time to be out in the marketplace looking for help is when trouble has already arrived.
Major employee performance management cases are already stressful enough; not having help readily available on demand simply adds to the stress.
