Over our many years in the business of management, leadership, and organizational development, we have developed a proven-effective process. Almost all of our work includes some or all of this process:
- Competency modeling. A competency model is developed with you which represents an agreed upon “recipe” of the managerial or leadership competencies most critical for success as a manager or leader in your company. On the team side, an “ideal” team culture is designed with you.
- Assessment on the individual and/or team levels. An assessment is done of your leaders or team, resulting in a profile which shows both strengths and areas of needed improvement, so you know exactly where to focus your time and developmental budget.
- Individual and/or organizational development planning. Individual development plans are written by the participants themselves (with coaching) based on these results. On the team level, a team development plan is written (also with coaching).
- Training and other developmental resources. Developmental resources are provided based on the cumulative results of the assessments.
- Follow up and reinforcement. Ongoing follow-up and feedback is provided to participants on progress of their development plans. Re-assessment is conducted to measure and celebrate growth.
