- A competency model is developed with you which represents an agreed upon “recipe” of the managerial or leadership competencies most critical for success as a manager or leader in your company.
- An assessment is done of your managers, leaders, or overall organization, resulting in a profile which shows their strengths and areas of needed improvement, so they know exactly where to focus their time and developmental budgets. And we know exactly where to focus developmental resources.
- Individual development plans are written by the participants themselves (with help) based on these results.
- Resources are provided based on the cumulative results of the assessments.
- Ongoing follow-up and feedback is provided to participants on the progress of their development plans.
